Professional Scrum with Kanban™ (PSK) teaches Scrum practitioners how to apply Kanban practices to their work. Through theory, case studies, and hands-on exercises, participants will understand the importance of transparency and flow as it pertains to the Scrum framework.

  • Explain how Kanban practices can be used to improve flow within a Sprint

Prerequisites

There is no required prior certificate, educational background, or work experience needed to participate in the PSK course, complete the assessment, and receive certification.
The Professional Scrum with Kanban course if for anyone doing Scrum. It is particularly beneficial for those people within an organization who use Scrum to deliver products to market including Product Owners, Development team members and Scrum Masters.

*PSK class participants who attempt the PSK I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.

Certification

The PSK-I assessment is administered online and sent via email after attendance is recorded and reported by your Scrum.org Instructor. The link is sent 24-48 hours after class concludes. There is no limitation for when one should take the assessment. However, students who attempt the PSK-I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a second attempt at no additional cost and with no time limitation. The assessment is in multiple choice format.
