Ilan was first introduced to Agile in 2006, and didn’t look back ever since. He was then heading the PMO team in a large software company, leading an agile transformation implementing SCRUM, and this is when he also acquired his CSM certification.

In the past years, Ilan was part of an Agile Transformation Team implementing SAFe.

Ilan is a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist and a Certified Scrum Master.

He is married to Riki, and together they are empowering a trio team of daughter and boy twins (that will hopefully someday join him in his addiction to long distance running).
