Michal has over 15 years of experience in the IT and software development industries. She served in wide range of professional and managerial positions, among them: Building wide scale global production environments, managing QA groups and leading Agile transformations in various software organizations.

Michal’s experience both in the IT production world and in software development contributes to her wide and holistic perspective when implementing Agile transformations. While training and coaching teams for Agile mindset, she focuses also on impacting cross organization agile culture.

Michal is married with 4 kids and a dog, likes to run and travel.
