Attendees explore the skills needed to facilitate and enable end-to-end value delivery through Agile Release Trains (ARTs)—and learn how to build a high-performing ART through servant leadership and coaching—by becoming a SAFe® 4 Release Train Engineer (RTE).
Ilan is a seasoned Agile Coach with a long experience in the hi-tech industry, doing a variety of roles in many organizations, starting as a software developer in Mamram in the IDF, and continuing with Product Management and Program Management roles.
Attendees must attend all 3 days of the course in order to qualify for the exam.
