  1. Introduction:
    • The Website ajimeh.com (hereinafter: the “Website”) is operated and managed by Ajimeh – a partnership for consulting, guidance and training of Agile Organizations (hereinafter: the “Company”).
    • The Website constitutes a platform for the presentation of information, articles, professional content and also for the purpose of registration for courses, workshops, lectures and additional services offered by the Company.
    • Use of the Website is subject to these Terms of Use, and constitutes full consent to all their provisions. If you do not consent to these terms, you are requested not to use the Website.
    • The Terms of Use are drafted in masculine pronouns for convenience purposes only, but address all genders equally.
  2. Use of the Website:
    • Use of the Website is intended for personal and private purposes only. It may not be used for commercial purposes, including advertising, marketing or distribution without prior written approval from the Company.
    • The user undertakes to use the Website in compliance with the law, in good faith, and without causing harm to third parties.

    • In the event of cancellation of registration for a course or workshop, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, -1981, and the regulations pursuant thereto shall apply.

    • The Company is entitled to charge cancellation fees in accordance with the provisions of the law.
  9. Modification of the Website or Cessation of Its Operation:
    • The Company reserves to itself the right to change the structure of the Website, its design, the services therein or to cease its operation from time to time, without it being required to give advance notice.
    • The user will have no claim or demand against the Company regarding these changes or regarding malfunctions resulting therefrom.

    • These terms of use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel only.
    • Exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute relating to these terms of use and/or to use of the Website is vested in the competent courts in the Tel Aviv District only.
