Starting at home with simple “get ready in the morning tasks” for children, through visual boards at work to increase communication and TRUST between team members –

Visual boards are magical in getting engagement, Real time instant status, and a major time saver in terms of updates and coordination.

The clear visibility gives us less room for interpretations, which in turn, raises the trust and transparency between team members and their managers and of-course amongst themselves!
