This year’s theme:

When Agile met AI

An interactive, full-fun, unofficial, friendly, effective and energetic Agile conference,

With a lot of practical examples and practices from experienced Agile leaders.

We learned together

– How to effectively get AI assistance,

– How to improve the Scrum Events with AI,

– How to breakdown Epics to effective User Stories with AI and

– How to use generative AI to 10x product delivery

We made some great gamifications and quiz with AI assistance

and were excited to meet everyone face to face,

while keeping in mind all of our hostages that have been taken by Hamas

All revenues are contributed to the hostages and missing families forum, as we keep doing in our ScruMagen courses.

Thank you for an AMAZING experience. Ajimeet was truly a light spot for us these days.

Thank you, Cellebrite for your great hospitality. Thank you, amazing Agile community!

How to Make AI Work for You: Insights from Boaz Fine at Ajimeh Conference 2024

At the Ajimeh 2024 conference, Boaz Fine shared his insights on using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in a practical and engaging lecture. He invited the audience to participate in a unique workshop exercise, focusing on how to work with AI and make it do what we want, rather than letting it dictate the terms.

One of the highlights of Boaz’s lecture was a fun twist where he assigned a task to force AI to provide malevolent advice on management. This engaging task challenged participants to use everything they had learned to manipulate the AI into generating unconventional responses. The exercise, which combined experienced experts with young professionals in the AI field, created a rich and interactive learning experience. Participants gained a deeper understanding of how to use AI effectively and efficiently, considering all the important aspects of working with this advanced technology.

Thanks to the exercise and the joint discussion, participants left with a clearer and more practical understanding of working with AI, feeling better prepared to handle the challenges and opportunities this technology presents.

Additionally, in a spirit of collaboration and creativity, everyone gathered at the beginning of the event to take a group photo. This moment captured the unity and involvement of all participants and added a joyful touch to the conference.

Improving the Scrum Events Using AI

Danko (Danny Kovatch), Ajimeh

In Danko’s AI lecture, he used visual examples created by AI to present riddles to the audience. These AI-generated images were interactive puzzles that made the audience think about how AI works and its potential. Danko’s explanations, combined with these engaging visuals, helped everyone understand AI better and kept the session interesting.

The expanded presentation included additional AI-related graphics, like futuristic designs and data charts, making the lecture more immersive. These visuals showed how AI can create innovative solutions and sparked curiosity about AI’s future. Danko’s approach made learning about AI both fun and educational for everyone involved.

Breaking Epics to Effective User Stories With AI

Erez Morabia, Boaz Fine & Tanya Ben Shimol, Ajimeh

Join Erez Morabia, Boaz Fine, and Tanya Ben-Shimol from Ajimeh in this insightful lecture as they explain how to split Epics and user stories using AI. In this session, they demonstrate the process with a practical example from the fintech industry. Learn how to break down an Epic, described with acceptance criteria in a Given/When/Then format, into actionable user stories using the ‘as a, I want, so that’ format. Enhance your product ownership skills with this expert guidance on leveraging AI for effective Epic and user story management.

The chosen example, involving a fintech company’s authorization platform, is particularly relevant as it highlights the complexity and specificity required in real-world scenarios. By working through this example, the presenters showcase how to manage intricate requirements and ensure all critical authorization flows are supported, making it a valuable learning experience for product owners and development teams alike.
